Deep roots.
Local perspective.

From Here. Focused Here.
Ava Rath’s connection to New Mexico runs generations deep. Her family farmed the land along the Rio Grande, and the same valley that shaped generations of her family is still home today, where Ava lives with her husband, Charles, and their two boys. Her grandmother spent decades serving the community as a school bus driver. For Ava, Albuquerque isn’t simply a market she studies—it’s a place, a community, and a network she has known her entire life. A graduate of the University of New Mexico, Ava brings that deeply rooted local perspective to commercial real estate as a member of the Coldwell Banker Legacy Commercial Division. Her primary focus is multifamily investment sales, while she also represents clients across retail, office, land, and select commercial assignments. Ava has developed her commercial practice alongside Nikki Bronstorp, one of the region’s most experienced and accomplished commercial real estate professionals. That mentorship gives Ava the benefit of seasoned market perspective and transaction experience while she brings her own energy, relationships, analytical approach, and commitment to each assignment. Her network extends well beyond the real estate industry. As an active member of BNI, Ava has built relationships across Albuquerque’s business community—connections that complement a lifetime of local knowledge and can prove invaluable when bringing buyers, sellers, investors, lenders, contractors, and other professionals together. Ava’s approach is personal and disciplined: understand the asset, understand the client’s objective, know the market evidence, and communicate directly. She believes exceptional representation begins with doing the homework and continues with being accessible, candid, and deeply invested in the outcome. For owners and investors, that combination is increasingly rare: a broker with roots here, relationships here, and a long-term commitment to the market she calls home.

Pricing and strategy should be grounded in actual comparables, operations and buyer behavior.
Follow-through
Clear communication from first conversation through diligence and closing.
The right partner can matter more than the biggest name.
Commercial real estate decisions are personal, financial and often time-sensitive. Ava’s goal is to be the broker who knows the details, responds quickly and stays engaged.
